About Me

Dr. Junjie Zhang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Wright State University (WSU) and the recipient of the 2024 Robert J. Kegerreis Distinguished Professor of Teaching award. He serves as Director of the Cyber Security Program and Institutional Point of Contact for WSU’s Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (CAE-CD).

His research focuses on software and network security. His research and education projects have received support from federal, state, and industry partners, including the National Science Foundation (NSF), National Security Agency (NSA), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Ohio Department of Higher Education, Ohio Cyber Range Institute, and Transportation Research Center.
